365 Ways To Wellbeing – 244th Way
It’s easy to think positively when everything is fine in your life. When the sun is shining your thoughts are bright without trying. Being optimistic is more difficult when the dark clouds are closing in on you. The sun rays of your life are easily missed during such times.
We can learn positive attitude towards life. If you’re able to stay positive you don’t have to dwell on your agony for so long and you can also keep your thoughts realistic.
You can ALWAYS find something to complain about but you can ALWAYS find something positive too! It’s just the matter of how you see things and understand your emotions. Do we want to focus on good or in bad? That’s the question we have to ask ourselves time after time.
I made the list about positive things in my life this day. It’s a small thing to do but it forced me to think. And it actually helped a lot! After the list was done I was able to have more realistic view about my life and felt a lot better!
