These kind of meals makes me happy time after time. Meals where most of the ingredients are local and real. When I really know what I`m eating.
Like this lunch that my husband made for us. He caught the fish and potatoes and carrots were from our vegetable garden.
When I was eating I realized that in two months it´s time to plant vegetable garden. I cant wait to be able to dig my fingers in the dirt! Yippee!
