I`ve been thinking a lot lately in what topics I really want to concentrate on SaimaaLife. One topic is definitely food. The reason is a big wellbeing impact of food; If your diet is good, food can improve your wellbeing -health, quality of life and energy level – significantly.
Self-grown food, wild food, organic food, local food, food that contains as little artificial additives as possible and as much nutrients as possible. Food that is good for your body and mind. Real food – that is what SaimaaLife wants to encourage people to eat more.
We are able to get self-grown food from our vegetable garden. Earlier I told you reasons to pick up wild food from the forest. We have got so much food lately from our vegetable garden. That`s why I wanted to make a list about the benefits of having an own vegetable garden. The reasons are much the same as with wild food.
